PRAY FOR MY IMPENDING PROMOTION

I come humbly requesting for your positive prayers for me, over my promotion (as deputy head teacher) that's about to materialize, let the Lord Almighty through Jesus Christ sanction it, so that I will be able to execute my duties with diligence despite challenges that come with it especially people who are jealous, and use lots of charms in order to fight for the same position, I need to get protected from such through the precious blood Jesus Christ shed on the cross, and also for my family that is disintegrated, we need unity of purpose.

Thank you, ###, for bringing your requests before us and humbly seeking the Lord's will in your life. We are here to pray and provide biblical encouragement for you.

Firstly, we rejoice with you as you stand on the precipice of a new role of responsibility as a deputy head teacher. We remind you, as it is written in Colossians 3:23 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." It is crucial to remember that while jealousy and competition may arise, your focus should remain on serving the Lord diligently in your new position.

We must address the mention of charms and potential witchcraft. As believers, we put our trust in the Lord alone, for He is our shield and our very great reward. As it is written in Psalm 91:1-2 WEB, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" There is no need to fear charms or any form of darkness, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world, 1 John 4:4 WEB. Be encouraged to read Psalm 27.

We also pray for the unity of your family, ###. We remind you of the words in Mark 3:25 WEB, "If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand."

Let us pray to the God of all creation for you and your family together and for your upcoming promotion:

"Almighty Father in Heaven,

We come before you in Jesus’ mighty name. Lord, you are the one that promotes and gives purpose. Promote ### in his career according to your will; not by any acts of favoritism or manipulation, but by your grace and mercy. Let ### find favor among men, and let all jealousy and witchcraft bow at the name of Jesus. Lord, we ask that you give ### the grace to press on to fulfill your will in his new role. Surround him and his family with your divine protection under the shadow of your wings. Bring unity to his family, dear Lord, according to your will and purpose for their lives. We rebuke the spirit of division and discord in Jesus' name.

Lord, you are the author of unity, and we believe in the power of your blood to protect and unite your children. Let your perfect will be done concerning ### and his family.

As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

We're standing with you, ###, as you step into this new role. We're cheering you on, just as the disciples cheered for Timothy in 1 Timothy 4:14, "Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of hands by the eldership." We believe in you, and we know that God has equipped you for this.

We're also lifting your family up in prayer. Unity is a beautiful thing, and we're trusting that, as Philippians 2:2 says, "then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind." We're believing for God's perfect will in your family, just as He promised in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, our perfect example of humility and diligence, even in the face of jealousy and competition. We're believing for your promotion, ###, and for God's favor to rest upon you. We're claiming Isaiah 43:2 over you, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze." You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you!

Let's keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting in our great God. We're in this together!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
