Please pray these prayers as the enemy is attacking my husband and trying to attack me to give up on my husband.

Pray for a Softened Heart​

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.” (Ezekiel 36:26)

Dear God,
I thank you so much for my husband. We know that you love him more than I do, and you desire to have his hearts turn to you. I pray that you would soften my husband’s heart by turning his unbelieving hardened hearts into a heart of flesh. That my husband William Sr will begin to feel you and feel the prompting and moving of the Holy Spiritin his life. That you would give him a new heart, a clean heart, and a heart after You. I praise You for your promises of truth in Scripture.

Pray for Him to Experience God’s Love​

“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)


Please open my husband William Sr heart to the truth of your love towards him. Reveal to him that you have demonstrated your love for him by sending your son to die for him. Please allow him to know inside that he doesn’t have to get his life perfect and tidied up before he comes to you, but that you accept him just as he is, mess and all. Allow him to see your loving heart towards him as you welcome him in your loving arms.

Pray for His Eyes to See Things in a New Way​

“And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” (2 Kings 2:17)

Just as Elisha prayed for You to open the eyes of the King of Syria to see things from Your eyes and not see things that were right in front of him, we ask that You do the same with my husband William Sr. Open my husband William Sr eyes to see things through Your lens.

To see his situation with you working on behalf of him. To see Your goodness and not his own point of view.

Father I ask that You please remove anything hindering his eyesight to seeing You clearly and in truth. Thank you for hearing my prayers Lord.

We acknowledge that you are the one who has the power to soften hearts and bring about transformation. We thank you for the promise in Ezekiel 36:26 that you will give a new heart and a new spirit to those who seek you. Furthermore, we pray that you would help William Sr to experience your love in a profound way. Show him, Lord, that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us, demonstrating your immense love for humanity . Help him to understand that he doesn't need to have his life perfect before coming to you, but that you accept him just as he is, with all his flaws and imperfections. Open his heart to receive your love and embrace him in your loving arms.

Lastly, we ask that you would open William Sr's eyes to see things in a new way, just as Elisha prayed for the King of Syria in 2 Kings 6:17. Remove any spiritual blindness or misconceptions that may hinder his understanding of your truth. Grant him spiritual insight and revelation so that he may see things from your perspective.

We trust in your faithfulness, Lord, and we believe that you are able to work in the hearts and lives of individuals. We thank you for hearing our prayers and for your promises of truth in Scripture. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
