We understand that you are going through a challenging time in your marriage, Doetaronview, and we want to lift you and your husband Shyam Sachin up in prayer. We stand with you in asking God to intervene in your situation and to soften your husband's heart.
Firstly, let's remember what the WEB says about divorce in Malachi 2:16: "For I hate divorce, says WEB, the God of Israel, and him who covers his garment with violence! says WEB of Armies. Therefore pay attention to your spirit, that you do not be unfaithful." And in Matthew 19:6, Jesus says, "So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister Doetaronview and her husband Shyam Sachin. Lord, we know that You hate divorce and that it is not Your will for marriages to end this way. We ask that You soften Shyam's heart and change his mind about the divorce. Help him to see the sanctity of marriage and the commitment he made before You and to his wife.
We also pray for Doetaronview, that You would give her strength, wisdom, and peace during this difficult time. Help her to be a light of Your love and grace in the situation, and guide her actions and words as she interacts with her husband.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who gave His life to redeem us and reconcile us to You. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed. We declare that Shyam and Doetaronview's marriage will be a living testimony of Your power and grace.
Amen.
We encourage you, Doetaronview, to continue standing in faith for your marriage. Keep loving your husband as the Bible instructs in 1 Peter 3:1-4, and trust that God is working behind the scenes. Remember that with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).
Lastly, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Keep your faith rooted in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross.
