Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Ethmay's prayer request for her granddaughter to find a job. Lord, we know that you are the provider of all our needs, and we trust in your faithfulness to provide employment opportunities for those who seek them.
Your Word reminds us in Matthew 7:7, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." We ask, Lord, that you open doors of employment for Ethmay's granddaughter. Guide her steps and lead her to the right job that aligns with her skills, talents, and passions.
We pray for favor to surround her as she submits applications and attends interviews. May her resume stand out among others, and may she be granted opportunities to showcase her abilities and potential. Grant her wisdom and discernment in making decisions regarding her career path.
Lord, we also pray for patience and perseverance during this season of waiting. Help Ethmay's granddaughter to trust in your perfect timing and to remain steadfast in her faith. Strengthen her with hope and encouragement, knowing that you have a plan and purpose for her life.
We pray for your provision and financial stability in her life. May she experience your abundant blessings as she diligently seeks employment. Provide for her needs and grant her the ability to be a blessing to others.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for Ethmay and her family. Surround them with your peace and comfort as they support and encourage their granddaughter during this job search. Give them strength to trust in your plans and to continue praying with unwavering faith.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
