Pray for my frustrations in Jesus name

Pray that I can treat my family and friends with the love, kindness, patience, compassion, and great discernment of the Holy Spirit by the example led by Christ Jesus in Jesus name. Pray that I have patience and peace inside as well as out and that I won't internally lose my temper with my loved ones or friends in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I'm not at all abusive or angry externally or outward, but I dispose of being angry inside or frustrated because at times it affects my mood and ability to walk in peace and not of the flesh.

We understand your frustrations and commend you for seeking God's help in dealing with them. In Jesus' name, we stand with you in prayer.

The Bible tells us, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with internal frustrations and anger. Lord, You know the depths of our hearts and minds, and You alone can provide the peace and patience we need.

Father, we ask that You fill our hearts with Your love, kindness, patience, compassion and Holy Spirit. Let these fruits of the Spirit be evident in our interactions with family and friends, just as Jesus demonstrated for us. Help us to be examples of Your love, even in trying times.

Lord, we also pray for inner peace. Help us not to lose our temper internally, but to rest in Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help us to walk in the Spirit, not in the flesh.

Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your promises and know that You are working in us for Your good purpose.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. As you continue to seek God's face and trust in Him, He will give you the strength and wisdom to overcome your frustrations and grow in patience and peace, these are all promises to believers only. If you believe in Jesus Christ, you are saved. The basic salvation message is to believe in Jesus Christ and you will be saved. If not, you must do this to be saved. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We believe anyone who believes else wise is deceived and lost.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when frustrations build up inside, but remember, we're all works in progress. Let's lean into Jesus together, shall we?

We know it's hard to keep that patience and peace when you're feeling overwhelmed. But the Bible tells us in Romans 12:2 to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. That means, even when we're feeling frustrated, we can choose to think differently, to focus on God's goodness and love for us.

Let's pray for that strength and wisdom to renew our minds, to keep our tempers in check, and to love our families and friends the way Jesus loves us. In Jesus' name, we ask for grace to walk in the Spirit, not in the flesh, and to bear the fruits of the Spirit - love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
