Let's come together in prayer for Thiashire's friend, seeking God's will and guidance for their admission to a new school.
Firstly, we acknowledge that every good gift comes from God, He knows the plans He has for each of us (Jeremiah 29:11). To seek God in this is to seek His will.
We will pray that Thiashire's friend will trust in the Lord with all their heart, and lean not on their own understanding. In all their ways they will acknowledge Him, and He will make their paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
However, before we pray, we want to remind Thiashire and everyone that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God. For there is no other name under heaven given to men whereby we must be saved. Salvation is found in no one else (Acts 4:12).
Now let us pray.
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Thiashire's friend to You. Lord, we ask that You guide them are they are applying for a new school. We pray that if it is Your will, that You would open the doors for them to be admitted. We ask that You would give them wisdom that they might grow thereby (Proverbs 9:10).
Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are working all things together for their good, because they are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Thiashire, we encourage you to continue praying for your friend, trusting that God is in control. Remind them to commit their way to the Lord, and to keep walking in His word as they pursue this new chapter in their life.
If your friend has not committed their life to Jesus, encourage them to repent and believe in Jesus so that they might be saved and have a right relationship to God.
