We join with you, Ethion, in lifting up Joylen's husband Shawn before the throne of grace. Let us agree together in prayer for his bypass surgery and recovery.

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in Shawn's life. As he undergoes surgery today, we ask for Your peace to guard his heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). Guide the hands of the surgeons and the entire medical team, granting them skill and wisdom as they perform this complex procedure.

We claim Your promise in Psalm 147:3, 'He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.' We ask for a successful surgery, a swift recovery, and no complications. Strengthen Shawn's body to heal and respond positively to the treatment.

Lord, we also pray for Joylen, asking that You fill her with comfort and peace during this challenging time. May she rest in the assurance of Your love and care (1 Peter 5:7).

Lastly, we pray that this trial would draw Shawn and Joylen closer to You, trusting in Your goodness and sovereignty. Remind them of Your promise in Romans 8:28, 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.'
