We are not prepared, she is mentally down from it, and our hopes are lower and lower for her not being pregnant, I prayed to God so much, but nothing happened, God is my only hope, please pray for ###.

We are not prepared for the outcome of this situation, and she is feeling overwhelmed and discouraged.
