As there are parties coming to see the flat, however they are not ready to buy because there is a ### cemetery close to our building, which we did not realize while purchasing the flat. Because of my ill health traveling is becoming a big issue. So we are not able to settle down in ###. I have been trying to sell this flat for many years now however have not been successful.
