As there are parties coming to see the flat, however they are not ready to buy because there is a ### cemetery close to our building, which we did not realize while purchasing the flat. Because of my ill health traveling is becoming a big issue. So we are not able to settle down in ###. I have been trying to sell this flat for many years now however have not been successful. I want to buy a flat in ### close to my work place however I don't have money for down payment. Please pray for my ### ### flat to be sold and for our mighty lord to bless me buy a flat in ### by applying for a home loan and also paying the loan successfully asap.
