We understand your heart's cry for financial freedom, abundance, and blessings, as well as safety for your family and household. We also take seriously the struggle your husband is facing. Let's bring your requests before the Lord in prayer and seek His word for guidance and encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for your faith. We are reminded of the word in 3 John 1:2:
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
Let's pray for your financial freedom and blessings:
Father, we come before You, lifting up our sister in need of financial freedom and abundant blessings. We ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Guide her in Your wisdom to manage her finances according to Your will. May she be a good steward of the resources You have entrusted to her, remembering always the words of Jesus Christ, that it is more blessed to give than to receive. Help her to be a blessing to others and store up her treasures in heaven. Help her to remember to pray in secret to her father and include the name of Jesus Christ.
Regarding your husband, we must address the seriousness of his actions. The Bible is clear about the sanctity of marriage and the evil of lust and pornography. As it is written in Matthew 5:28:
But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
Let's pray for your husband's deliverance and your marriage:
Father, we lift up to You our sister's husband, who is struggling with an addiction to pornography and lust. We rebuke this sin in the name of Jesus Christ and pray that he would find freedom and forgiveness through repentance. We ask that You would renew his mind and help him to see his wife as You see her, as a precious daughter of God. We pray that their love and trust would be strengthened and renewed, that their marriage would be a testimony of Your faithfulness and grace, and that their household would be a beacon of light and love with Jesus as the head. Help him to be a Godly husband and spouse.
Remember the words of 1 Corinthians 10:13:
No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
Encourage your husband to seek accountability and support from other Godly men, and to turn to God in prayer and fasting to overcome this temptation. Remind him that God is faithful and will provide a way out.
Finally, let's pray for your family's safety:
Father, we ask that You would surround this family and household with Your angels, protecting them from every evil and stronghold. May Your peace and love reign in their home, and may they live in unity and harmony, as it is written in Psalm 91:11:
For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways.
Remember to always keep Jesus in your prayers as Jesus tells us in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
We are standing with you in prayer, trusting that God will hear our prayers and act according to His will. Keep your faith strong and run the race with endurance.
