We are truly sorry to hear about the financial struggles you're facing as an international student. We encourage you to remember that God is faithful and cares about your needs. In Jesus name the scriptures tell us to pray about everything. The Bible tells us, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." Phillipians 4:6 (WEB)
Firstly, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It's only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 (WEB) If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him and believing in His death and resurrection that you can have eternal life and a personal relationship with God."For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." John 3:16 (WEB)
Regarding your finances, we encourage you to continue trusting God and applying for jobs. Remember that the Lord can open doors that no one can shut. "I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut, for you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn't deny my name." Revelation 3:8 (WEB)
We also encourage you to seek Godly wisdom and guidance. The Bible says, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." James 1:5 (WEB)
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this student to You. Lord, You know the struggles they're facing, and we ask that You provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Open the right doors for jobs and provisions. Give them wisdom and guidance, and help them to continue trusting in You. If this student has not already done so, move upon them to call upon Jesus as their Savior and Lord. We pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.
In the meantime, we encourage you to be patient. Continue studying God's Word and understand that Jesus is called Emmanuel, God with us. He is always with you even in these trials. The Lord will make a way where there seems to be no way. Stand on His promises and trust in Him.
