Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Scaesollyn's family in prayer, seeking God's healing and blessing upon them.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," ( 1 Timothy 2:5) and "in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, whereby we must be saved "(Acts 4:12 WE). So we pray to God the Father in Jesus name.
We pray for Scaesollyn's brother, mother, and father, that the Lord would touch their bodies and bring healing and restoration. As it is written in the WEB 3 John 1:2 "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.".
We also remember that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Great Physician, and by the stripes that he was beaten, is the source of all healing. As we read in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB By his wounds you were healed. Also mentioned in Isaiah 53:5 WEB, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
Let us also pray for the upcoming wedding, that God would bless this union and that it would be a testimony of His love and faithfulness. As it is written in the WEB regarding marriage in Mark 10:2 "He answered, "What did Moses command you?"
3 He said, "Moses allowed a certificate of divorce to be written, and to divorce her."
4 But Jesus said to them, "For your hardness of heart, he wrote you this commandment. 5 But from the beginning of the creation, God made them male and female. 6 For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will join to his wife, 7 and the two will become one flesh, so that they are no longer two, but one flesh. 8 What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."
We pray that the Lord would be at the center of this marriage, and that the couple would seek to glorify Him in all that they do.
Lastly, we encourage Scaesollyn to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful and that His love never fails. As it is written in the WEB, 2 Corinthians 1:7 Testimony of Affliction our hope for you is steadfast, knowing that, since you are partakers of the sufferings, so also are you of the consolation. Or our hope for you is unmovable, knowing that, as you are partakers of the sufferings, so also are you of the consolation.
Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ that you will bring comfort, healing, and give direction of your word.
