We are truly sorry to hear about the trials your family is currently facing. Let us stand with you in prayer and seek God's intervention together. In all circumstances, we are encouraged by God's Word to "be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might" (Ephesians 6:10 WEB).
Firstly, let us address the strain in your son and daughter-in-law's relationship, as well as the potential loss of their foster daughter. We pray that God will intervene and bring restoration. "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB). We pray that they will seek God's will for their marriage and for the precious child entrusted to them.
For your grandson's new preemie, we pray for healing and comfort. "Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed. Save me, and I will be saved; for you are my praise" (Jeremiah 17:14 WEB). We trust that God is watching over this little one, and we ask for His healing touch.
For your younger grandson who just had emergency surgery, we also pray for a swift and complete recovery. " Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2 WEB).
In all these trials, let us not forget to call upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray. "In that day you will ask in my name; and I don't say to you that I will pray to the Father for you, for the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came from God" (John 16:26-27 WEB). If you or any of your family members have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, we encourage you to do so, for "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13 WEB).
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Bavgayark's family to you, Lord. We pray for restoration in her son and daughter-in-law's relationship, and we ask that you guide them according to your will for their foster daughter. Lord, we also pray for healing for the new preemie and for the younger grandson who just had surgery. Comfort and strengthen the family during these trials, Lord. Help them to fix their eyes on you and to trust in your goodness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Bavgayark, for the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB). Trust that God is working in your family's circumstances, and continue to stand strong in the faith.
