We stand with you in prayer, Cusherque, lifting up your family and your personal needs to the Lord.
Let's begin by praying for your children. We are reminded of Proverbs 22:6 in the WEB, which tells us, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Let us pray that your boys will be delivered from the enemy's grasp and guided onto the right path. May they grow strong in the Lord and in the power of His might, putting on the full armor of God to protect them from the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-11). We also lift up your daughter, asking that she be surrounded by God's favor and protection, growing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man (Luke 2:52).
Next, we pray for your health. We claim God's promise in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." May God's healing power touch your body and restore you to full health.
We also want to address your financial struggles. God's Word tells us not to be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, to present our requests to God (Philippians 4:6). We pray that God will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We ask for His intervention in your housing situation, that He would open doors for you to find an affordable home and prevent your eviction.
However, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for He said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again to give you eternal life. It is in His name that we pray, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, even in these difficult times. Remember that He is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Cusherque and their family. We ask for Your protection and guidance for their children, for healing and provision for Cusherque, and for their faith to be strengthened. Help them to trust in You and to seek Your will in all things. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
