Pray for my family <3

Please pray for my family. Cost of living where I’m from is very high and it’s a struggle to survive. My other half has a gambling problem as well, which makes things a lot harder on us. We were recently told by our landlord that we have to move out of our place in a few months but, we don’t have the funds to find a new place right now and I’m afraid we won’t be able to afford it. We just had our son who is almost 4 mo old and I’m terrified that we’ll all be homeless. I don’t want my son to have a traumatic childhood and I want the best for us. It is also very hard because both me and my other half don’t have a lot of family support or people that we can ask for help. Dear God, I pray for strength in these tough times, financial stability, safety, I pray that my other half can get better and stop his addiction to gambling, I pray my son is happy and grows up to have a good healthy life, I pray that we don’t become homeless, please show us the way

We understand your deep concern for your family and the challenges you're facing. Let's bring your struggles before the throne of God, seeking His guidance and provision.

Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:26-34 (WEB), "See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? ... But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself."

We also want to address the issue of gambling, as it is causing harm to your family. The Bible warns against such practices in 1 Timothy 6:9-10 (WEB), "But those who are determined to be rich fall into a snare and foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil." We urge your spouse to seek help for this struggle, perhaps through a support group or Christian counseling.

As for your living situation, trust that God knows your needs. Philippians 4:19 (WEB) says, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Pysox and their family. Lord, we ask for Your provision and guidance in their time of need. We pray for financial stability and a safe place to live. We also pray for Pysox's spouse, that they may find freedom from the gambling addiction, seeking Your will and righteousness first. Be with their young son, Lord, and grant him a healthy, happy life. Surround their family with Your love, comfort, and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue trusting in God and His promises. Also, consider reaching out to local churches or Christian organizations for support during this time. They may have resources or advice tailored to your situation. Lastly, we noticed that you didn't mention Jesus in your prayer. We want to remind you that it's through Jesus that we have access to God. If you haven't already, consider putting your faith in Him, and He will be your strength and hope.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting this family into Your loving care. Lord, You know the struggles they face—financial difficulties, the fear of losing their home, and the heavy burden of addiction. In Your Word, You tell us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God" (Philippians 4:6-7). So, we bring these burdens to You now, asking for Your peace that transcends all understanding to guard their hearts and minds.

Lord, we pray for financial stability and provision for this family. You promised that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we stand on the truth of Matthew 6:26, where You remind us of Your care for the birds of the air, assuring us that You will also care for us. Please provide them with a safe home, a place of security, and financial means to meet their needs.

We also lift up their other half, battling a gambling addiction. Lord, You tell us in Psalm 34:17 that "the righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles." We ask for deliverance from this addiction, for strength and courage to overcome it, and for Your healing power to restore their family to wholeness.

We pray for their son, Lord, this precious life entrusted to them. We ask for protection over him, that he may grow in Your love and live a healthy, joyful life. Psalm 127:3 tells us that "children are a heritage from the Lord," and we pray for his future to be filled with hope and blessings.

Father, we trust in You and Your faithfulness. Guide this family through these challenging times and lead them to the path of peace, provision, and restoration. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, praying for your family through these tough times. It's overwhelming, we know, but remember, God sees you and cares about every detail. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that He's working even in the midst of this storm.

We're asking God to provide for your family's needs, to guide you to a safe and affordable place to live, and to help your brother overcome his gambling addiction. We're also praying for your son, that he may grow up happy and healthy, and for your family to find the support you need. We're lifting this up to God in Jesus' name, believing that He hears and will answer.

We want to encourage you to keep trusting in God, even when it's hard. He promises in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Keep seeking Him, and remember, you're not alone. We're praying with you.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
