We understand your struggle and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. First, let's acknowledge God's will for your life. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB says, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don't know God."
Sister Ambria, let's address this issue with honesty and faith in Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
Lust and masturbation are indeed sin as they go against God's design for sexual intimacy, which is within marriage between a man and a woman. Ephesians 5:3 WEB tells us, "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as becomes saints."
But there's hope and deliverance in Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 6:11 WEB says, "And such were some of you, but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, pleading for Sister Ambria's deliverance from the spirit of lust and masturbation. Father, we know that this is a battle with sin, and we have faith in your promise to provide a way out. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB)
We rebuke any spirit of lust that has taken hold of her. We ask you to fill her with your Holy Spirit, strengthening her inner being and enabling her to live a life of purity and holiness. (Ephesians 3:16 WEB)
Lord, help her to renew her mind daily with your Word, and to present her body as a living sacrifice to you. (Romans 12:1-2 WEB)
We thank you for your forgiveness and the power of your blood that sets us free. (Ephesians 1:7 WEB)
In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you will deliver her.
