We are truly concerned about the well-being of your daughter and we stand with you in prayer. Firstly, it's crucial to understand that God has given each of us free will, and He does not impose His ways upon us. Instead, He draws us to Himself through love and truth. In the same way, we should approach your daughter with patience, understanding, and unconditional love.
As Christians, our ultimate goal is to see others live in the freedom and abundance that Jesus Christ offers. As it's only by His name we are saved. Make sure to explain this to your daughter and that only by the name of Jesus do we have access to God. God desires that all are saved and come to know Him. If you have not discussed this with her, do so explaining that we have all sinned and are in need of a savior. That Jesus Christ is His name, who was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and died on the cross for our sins, and He was resurrected from the dead. If she believes in her heart and confesses with her mouth that Jesus is Lord, she will be saved.
It's clear that you're concerned about her behavior and the impact of mobile addiction on her life. While it's important to set boundaries and guide her, it's equally important to pray for her heart to be transformed. Remember, God looks at the heart, and it is He who can bring about true change.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up the daughter of this concerned parent. Lord, we ask that You soften her heart and draw her closer to You. Help her to see the love and wisdom that comes from You alone.
Father, we pray for her deliverance from mobile addiction. Give her the strength to break free from this bondage and use her time wisely for Your glory. Help her to understand that Your ways are better and that You have a purpose and plan for her life.
Lord, we also pray for her relationship with her parents. Strengthen their bond and help them communicate effectively with each other. Guide the parents with Your wisdom in setting boundaries and loving her unconditionally. We also pray that if your daughter is looking for a husband, she will seek a godly Christian man to marry as a husband and be a godly mother to their children.
We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, who sets the captives free and gives life abundantly. Amen.
Be encouraged by the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 1:6 WEB: "being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ." Keep trusting God, and He will bring about a change in your daughter's life. Also, remind her that it's only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved.
Stay strong in faith and continue to model the love of Christ to your daughter. Be patient, and trust that God is at work, even when you don't see immediate results.
