Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts burdened for ###. Lord, we know that You are a God of transformation and healing. Your Word tells us in 2 Corinthians 5:17 that "if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" We pray that ### would experience this transformation in her life.
Father, we lift up ###'s struggle with drinking. We know that addiction can be a stronghold, but Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:13 that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We ask that You give ### the strength and willpower to overcome this addiction. Surround her with supportive and loving individuals who can guide her towards a path of sobriety and healing.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s relationships within her family. In Ephesians 4:32, You instruct us to "be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." We ask that You soften ###'s heart and instill in her a spirit of compassion and respect for her family members. Help her to see the impact of her actions and to seek reconciliation.
Father, we pray for ### and the entire family as they navigate this challenging time. Grant them patience, wisdom, and enduring love. May Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We place ### in Your loving hands, trusting that You are at work in her life even when we cannot see it. Thank You, Lord, for Your endless grace and mercy.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
