We are glad to join you in prayer for your daughter Louise and her family in Wales. Firstly, as a gentle reminder, within biblical principles, the courtship should be advancing toward marriage and not simply being a relationship. Now, let us address your requests and concerns.
First, let's pray:
Almighty Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Louise and her family in Wales as the child of God. We ask for Your divine protection, peace, and love to fill their home. Watch over families and friends. We pray for Your provision, that Louise and her future spouse will have all the resources they need as they work hard. Watch over Esmay and Catherine. Unfortunately, Sirpen, the prayer specifically mentions a partner and not a husband. Please note that the bible endorses a lifelong commitment between a man and woman only. Also, note that marriage is only godly between a man and a woman. Same sex marriage or relationship is not permitted within the Bible.
We also pray for the peace that surpasses all understanding to reign in the hearts of everyone, especially in Louise's home. And for those in Wales to look to God.
Let us remember God is faithful in hearing our prayers as the verse Proverbs 15:29 WEB states, he is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayer of the righteous. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. This is in James 5:16 WEB. We are thankful for everyone who has joined together in praying and supporting one another.
In relation to the partner, let us remember in the bible, 1 Thes 5:3 states to abstain from all appearance of evil. If we attempt to live as pleasing God while not married and living together, we attempt to adulterate God's commandments to the self and a relationship, let alone other Christians. In 1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB, it speaks Do not be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals.
We pray for a willing heart and willing feet for wanting to solidify relationships in marriage in each individual seeking a relationship with Jesus. In James 4:8 WEB, it states Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
and Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me in John 14:6 WEB so it is important that we call upon the name of Jesus only to be saved.
Let us pray,
Lord Jesus, we call your name for the salvation of our sins. We believe in our hearts that you are our lord and savior who died for ours sins and arose from the dead. We say this prayer believing in our hearts in Jesus name,
Amen.
Keep strong and continue to support one another in these challenging times, and we encourage you to seek the will of God in all things, and ultimately to look toward marriage if desiring a relationship. The Bible can support us, as Psalm 46:1 WEB states God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Sirpen, God bless you and Louise and her family and community as well.
