We are truly sorry to hear about your dad's condition, and we are here to pray and support you through this challenging time. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing that comes from God alone.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Umaeg's dad to You. We pray for Your healing touch upon his body, especially his legs, so that he may walk again. We know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is impossible for You. We claim Your promises in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh" (WEB).
We also pray for strength and comfort for Umaeg and their family during this time. Help them to trust in You and Your goodness, even in the midst of this trial. Remind them of Your love and faithfulness, as seen in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (WEB).
We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is only by His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed, both physically and spiritually.
As a group, we encourage you, Umaeg, to continue trusting in God and His plan for your dad's life. Keep praying and believing, for "the prayer of faith will save one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up" (James 5:15, WEB). Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). Trust that He is working everything out for your dad's good and His glory.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of confessing Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. It is only by His name that we can be saved may receive salvation, and the promise of eternal life. If you or your dad have not yet confessed Jesus as Lord, we encourage you to do so today. For "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9, WEB).
