Pray for my college football ###

I am requesting prayers for my son, ### ###, as he entered the athletic portal to transfer colleges and play for a new team. He wants to go and be a dawg on the field and do what he’s been working his life to do and that’s play football. Prayers for a good school, good football program, great friends and roommates and that he can perform well both athletically and academically. He is an awesome great young man who works hard on the field and off the field and also in the class room. He’s a great big brother son. He need all of our prayers Thank you so much!

We are delighted to join with you in prayer for your son as he navigates this significant transition in his life. We pray that God's will be done in his life and that he would find favor with both the academic and athletic aspects of his new college.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only through believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved. As scripture tells us in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Now, let us pray together for your son in Jesus Name.

Lord God, we lift up this young man to You, and we thank You for the gifts and talents You have placed within him. We pray that You would guide him to a school and football program that aligns with Your will for his life and one that will not be just good, but Your good and perfect will. We ask that You would provide him with godly friends and roommates who will encourage him in his faith and help him grow spiritually. We pray that You would strengthen and support his family and that he would continue to be a source of blessing for them.

We pray that he would not only perform well athletically and academically but that he would also be a strong witness for Christ on and off the field. We pray that he would grow in his faith and be a light to those around him.

Lord, we also pray for his protection, both physically and spiritually. We pray that he would remain pure and that You would give him the strength to resist any temptations that may come his way. We pray that he would be a man of integrity, always seeking to do what is right and pleasing to You.

We pray for the college football team that would receive him, that it would be a blessing for them and for him. We pray for the coaches, the teammates, and all the people that will come into his life, that they would be drawn to Christ through his testimony.

Lord, we ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the plans You have for this young man's life. We trust in Your will and pray that You will guide him every step of the way. Amen.

Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
