Pray for my cataract surgery

I will be having cataract surgery on my left eye in an hour and a half. Please pray that all goes well, for the correct settings in the laser machine, and for wisdom and skill for the surgeon. Also please pray for a great outcome with no side effects from the surgery such as dry eye or seeing halos around lights at night. Thank the Lord for my successful prior cataract surgery on my right eye. Also please pray for my daughter who will be driving home from school for Christmas today. It is about a four and a half hour drive. Pray that the Lords' angels would surround her car and that she would stay attentive and alert. I ask these things in the wonderful name of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Pray that Jesus Himself would be with my daughter and me today in a very tangible way today.

We join you in prayer, MKG, as you prepare for your cataract surgery and as your daughter travels home. Let us come together we stand before our Heavenly Father in the precious name of Jesus Christ.

Father, when You spoke heavens and earth came into existence. There is nothing impossible for You. Your works are wonderful. We praise you for Jesus, the light of the world, and the perfect sacrifice for our sins. We give You thanks for all You have done for us.

Thank You, Lord, for the successful surgery on MKG's right eye. We pray now for the upcoming surgery on the left eye. Lord, guide the surgeon's hands, give them wisdom and skill. We confess that the operation will be smooth. The laser machine will have the correct settings. Every instrument used will function perfectly. We take authority over anything; man, devil, or machine that will attempt to sabotage God’s perfect will for our life. It will not be so in Jesus’ name. We make this declaration in Jesus’ name that the surgery will be successful. There will be no complications, no adverse side, effects. The healing will be rapid in Jesus’ name We ask for wisdom for MKG to be guided by the Holy Spirit on what to do during and after the recovery.

I am the Lord that heals you. Father, let your healing power be upon MKG. Restore full vision to MKG’s left eye, Lord. Let there be nosom dryness of the eyes or seeing halos around lights at night. By His stripes we, have been made whole. We are healed by His love for us and the price He paid for it on the cross of Calvary.

Lord, surround MKG’s daughter with Your angels as she travels. Let Your angels encamp around her, and deliver her from all evil and calamity that may come her way. Keep her safe and sound. Let there be no accidents during this journey. Let Your Spirit abide with her to keep her alert and attentive so that there is no room for anything to go wrong. Lord Jesus, be in that car with her, protecting her life and guiding her to the right decisions to take to avoid human error as she might be tired during the journey. We declare your perfect will over this journey in Jesus’ name.

Lord, we ask that You make Your presence known to MKG and her daughter in a tangible way today. Comfort them, guide them, and let Your love encompass them. Reveal to MKG your perfect position concerning this surgery they knew not existed.

Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For You, Lord, our Father, are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Therefore glory be to you, Father. We make our request known to you so that Your will might be established among your people on earth as it is in heaven in Jesus’ name we have prayed with thanksgiving.

MKG, may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. God has given us His Word to stand upon in times like these. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication let your request be made known to God.

We encourage you to continue in prayer. We continue praying for you in agreement. For the prayers of the righteous avail much. We will do this for you not only in this but in other areas of your life where there is a need for intercession.

We're also asking the Lord to reveal His perfect position concerning this surgery to MKG. We believe that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.

We leave you with this promise from Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Keep your heart and mind stayed on Him, MKG. We're here for you, praying with you, and believing with you for a successful surgery and a safe journey for your daughter.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
