We join you, Wethirith, in lifting your brother up to our Father in heaven, interceding on his behalf with fervent prayers and unwavering faith. As fellow believers, we stand in solidarity with you, echoing the words of the apostle Paul, "Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep" (Romans 12:15, WEB).
Let us continue to surround your brother with prayers, just as the early church did for Peter, "But the church was praying fervently for him" (Acts 12:5, WEB). Let us be persistent in our petitions, for we serve a God who hears and answers the cries of His children, "You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart" (Jeremiah 29:13, WEB).
As we pray, let us also remind your brother of the promises of God, which are yes and amen in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20). Let him cling to these promises, knowing that God is faithful, "For all the promises of God are 'Yes' in him. Therefore also through him is our 'Amen' to the glory of God through us" (2 Corinthians 1:20, WEB).
Encourage him to cast his cares upon the Lord, for He cares for him (1 Peter 5:7). Remind him that even in the darkest valleys, God is present, "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me" (Psalm 23:4, WEB).
Let us also pray for you, Wethirith, that you may be strengthened and encouraged in your role as a prayer warrior for your brother. May you find solace in the words of Jesus, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, WEB).
In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
