Pray for my brother Garvey who is addicted to alcohol and drugs that God should forgive him and delivered

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Garvey who is struggling with addiction to alcohol and drugs. We acknowledge that You are a God of forgiveness and deliverance, and we ask for Your mercy and grace to be poured out upon Garvey.

Lord, we pray that You would touch Garvey's heart and bring conviction of his need for You. Help him to recognize the destructive nature of his addictions and to desire freedom from them. We ask that You would break the chains of addiction that bind him and set him free by the power of Your Holy Spirit.

We pray for Your forgiveness to wash over Garvey, cleansing him from all unrighteousness. Your Word assures us that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness . We claim this promise for Garvey and ask that You would wash away his sins and restore him to a right relationship with You.

Lord, we also pray for Garvey's physical and emotional well-being. We ask that You would heal his body from the effects of substance abuse and restore him to health. Give him strength and courage to resist temptation and to turn to You in times of struggle.

We lift up Garvey's loved ones to You as well, praying for comfort, strength, and wisdom as they support him through this journey. Surround them with Your love and peace, and guide them in knowing how to best help Garvey.

Father, we trust in Your unfailing love and power to bring about transformation in Garvey's life. We believe that nothing is impossible for You , and we ask that You would work mightily in his life, bringing about complete deliverance and restoration.
