We understand that you are seeking prayer for several concerns, including your cousin's mental illness, your own employment situation, and your relationship with ###. Let's address each of these in turn, guided by biblical principles and the power of prayer in Jesus' name.

Regarding your cousin's mental illness, we are reminded in the word of God that we are not our own. We were bought with a price. Therefore, we are to honor God with our bodies which are God's temple. In essence, our whole spirit and soul and body are to be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is he who calls you who also will do it. It is only by the power of Jesus Christ that we establish our thoughts in righteousness and maintain a sound mind. In 2 Timothy 1:7, we read: "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up the cousin of the requester. Lord, you know the struggles and the pain that mental illness brings. We pray for your healing touch upon his life. We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or confusion, and we ask that you fill him with your peace, power, love, and a sound mind. Lord, we also pray for his deliverance from any bondage of theft and for his heart to be turned towards you and his family.
We also read in Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." We pray for his heart to serve you Lord and his family in a godly way.
We also pray for the requester, asking that you open the doors for a Business Analyst role in another project within their company. We thank you, Lord, for your provision and favor.
Concerning your relationship with ###, we must first address a few things. It is concerning that you would ask for a meeting to be arranged with ### and for her to love you rather than you loving her. You are asking to be together in marriage, yet you are not currently courting her and you are not currently courting with a biblical goal in mind.
Marriage is a serious commitment and decision that should be made out of free will and love, with the primary goal of honoring God. It is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. We read in Ephesians 5:25-26: "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word."
We also need to address the issue of ###'s former employers and their alleged actions. It is commendable that you want her to have a temporary job with a Christian boss, but we must also pray for her healing and restoration from any past hurts or offenses.
In Ephesians 4:32, we read: "Be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ also forgave you."

Lord, we also pray for her courage to stand up for what is right and to expose any secrets that need to be brought to light. We pray for her volunteer work at the church and ask that you continue to use her to bless others.
We pray for your guidance in the requester's relationship with ###. We ask that you give them wisdom and discernment, and that you help them to pursue a godly courtship that honors you.
Lastly, we want to address the issue of forgiveness. In Matthew 6:14-15, we read: "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."
We pray for both the requester and ###, that they may find it in their hearts to forgive those who have wronged them, just as Christ forgave us.
