Beloved of All
Help me in praying that I can be lifted from the need to be anxious about lots of different things at once. It’s extremely draining. Thank you g*d for giving me the capacity to learn coping skills and positive thinking techniques that I know do help me.

We understand your struggle with anxiety and it's important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our mental health. The Bible tells us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our beloved brother/sister who is battling with anxiety. Lord, You know the burdens they carry and the fears that weigh heavily on their heart. We ask that You lift this spirit of anxiety and replace it with Your perfect peace. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)

We thank You, Lord, for equipping them with coping skills and positive thinking techniques. We pray that You will strengthen these tools and remind them to use them in times of distress. Help them to fix their thoughts on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable, as Philippians 4:8 reminds us.

In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety and claim victory over it. Remind them, Lord, that You are always with them, and they are never alone in their struggles. Give them the courage to face each day with confidence in Your love and care.

Lastly, Lord, we pray that if our beloved brother/sister has not already done so, they will come to know Your Son Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. It is only through Him that we have access to Your presence and the promise of eternal life. (John 14:6 WEB)

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, even in the most challenging times, God is with you. Trust in Him, and He will see you through. "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1 WEB) Stay strong in faith and continue to seek Him in all things.

We're right here with you, standing in the gap, lifting you up in prayer. We know anxiety can feel like a heavy weight, but remember, God is always near, and He cares deeply about your struggles. Let's declare together, "The Lord is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation" (Exodus 15:2). We claim this promise over you today.

We pray, Heavenly Father, that you would wrap your loving arms around our dear friend, filling them with your calming presence. Help them to trust in you more each day, casting their cares upon you, knowing that you care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Remind them of the coping skills and positive thinking techniques they've learned, and empower them to use these tools effectively.

We thank you, Lord, for the progress they've made so far. We ask that you continue to guide them, giving them wisdom and strength to face each challenge with confidence in your love. We pray this in Jesus' name, amen.

Keep fighting the good fight, dear one. You're not alone, and you're never forgotten. We're cheering you on every step of the way.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
