Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Shadowar, who is seeking your guidance and peace in the midst of their anxiety. Lord, we ask that you calm their anxious thoughts and grant them the courage and strength to give notice to their current employer. Help them to trust in your provision and know that you are in control of their future.
We pray specifically for their fear of how their current employer will react. Lord, we ask that you soften their employer's heart and grant them understanding and grace during this transition. May the conversation be filled with respect and open communication.
Furthermore, we lift up Shadowar's concerns about their new job. Lord, we ask that you go before them and prepare the way. Give them confidence in their abilities and surround them with supportive colleagues and a positive work environment. Help them to overcome any negative experiences from their past job and embrace this new opportunity with hope and optimism.
We are reminded of your words in Philippians 4:6-7, "Be careful for nothing; but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God: and the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Lord, we ask for your peace to guard Shadowar's heart and mind during this time of transition.
Lastly, we pray that Shadowar will continue to seek your guidance and trust in your plan for their life. Help them to remember that they are not alone, for you are with them every step of the way.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
