We understand your struggle with anxiety at work and we are here to lift you up in prayer and offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, let's address the anxiety you're feeling. The Bible tells us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB)
Let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up our brother/sister who is feeling anxious at work. Lord, we ask that You take away this anxiety and fill them with a spirit of confidence and peace. Help them to do well in all their tasks and give them the strength and wisdom to excel in their workplace. Create a comfortable working environment for them, one filled with mutual respect and kindness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also encourage you to meditate on this verse: "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB) Remember, God has equipped you with everything you need to face your work environment with confidence and courage.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it's important to pray in the name of Jesus. It's only through His name that we have access to God. As the Bible says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12, WEB) If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. He loves you and wants the best for you.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. I’m so sorry to hear about your struggles, friend. It might be helpful to speak to a counselor, too, about your anxiety and depression issues. You might find some good insights in these books: The Anxiety Cure and Overcoming Anxiety, Worry, and Fear. May the Lord work in your life mightily and help you experience His healing in mind and heart as you lean on Him in the days ahead.
