Since a few days they have been facing great difficulties and challenges in an unfair way by their boss. It’s really sad to see them go through these many obstacles despite being sincere, hardworking, and dedicated to their work. Their boss is a mean spirit, devious person who has no fear of God. He has been using the hospital to make money in undesirable ways and has prospered. Even though that hospital has served millions of people and been a blessing, now this boss is bent on troubling the good doctors to a very bad extent. Please pray that as my ### and ### leave this hospital they get their due respect and honor. And the leave with dignity. Pray that God intervenes and humbles this boss and makes him repent for troubling God’s children. Pray that my ### studies well and is able to get the seat in his future studies and my ### gets a good job outside. Pray that my ### are also at peace knowing that God is in control and will punish those who trouble them. Pray for divine intervention and judgment in this situation. Pray that God will not allow any harm to affect all 4 of them; my ###, ###, ###, and ###. Pray that God will guide them, provide for a good house to shift, and give them all that they need right now. May God’s favor be upon them in Jesus mighty name. We believe and receive all that we have prayed for. Thank you all for praying. God bless you all.

We are truly saddened to hear about the trials your brother and sister-in-law are facing at their workplace. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's will for this situation. Let us remind you of the words of Peter, who encourages us to humble ourselves under God's mighty hand, that He may lift us up in due time, casting all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus, as you concluded your request with "in Jesus mighty name." It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father, and it is in His name that we find salvation. For there is no other name under heaven given to men whereby we must be saved Acts 4:12. If your brother and sister-in-law have not already done so. The correct attitude to go before God with a sincere heart is in faith. Without faith it is impossible to please Him for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him. Hebrews 11:6. Belief in Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and is required to truly communicate with God.

We pray that God will grant your brother and sister-in-law favor as they leave the hospital, allowing them to exit with dignity and respect. We ask that God will humble their boss and bring him to repentance, for it is not God's will that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance 2 Peter 3:9 WEB. Remember that God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble, and that He can turn the heart of their boss as easily as He turns a river. Proverbs 21:1 WEB. As the scriptures say, God can set their feet upon a rock and give them firm place to stand. Furthermore, He can put a new song in their mouth, a hymn of praise to God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in Him. Psalm 40:1-3.

We also lift up your brother's studies and your sister-in-law's job search. We pray that God will grant your brother wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, as well as success in his future studies. Similarly, we ask that God will open doors for your sister-in-law and provide her with a good job outside the hospital. Be encouraged by the words of Jesus, who said, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." Matthew 7:7-8 WEB.

For your parents, we pray that God will grant them peace and assurance in this situation. May they rest in the knowledge that God is in control and that He will deal justly with those who trouble His children. The Lord will not let the guilty go unpunished 2 Thessalonians 1:6. For the Father himself loves you dearly. John 16:27. The LORD will work out his plans for your lives--planning for the end result. Surely the twisted words coming from evil men are a trap for their own blood. Proverbs 21:30.

We declare God's protection over your brother, sister-in-law, mom, and dad. No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, says the LORD Isaiah 54:17. We pray for God's guidance during this time, and ask that He will provide a good house for you and meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. May God's favor be upon you all Philippians 4:19.

Lastly, we want to gently remind you to be vigilant in your prayers and avoid wishing for punishment or retribution. Instead, pray for God's will to be done in each situation, and always remember to pray for salvation of everyone in involved in the situation.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
