Pray for my ### and My ###

Lately, I’ve been having unusual issues with my working relationships. I’ve had a coworker ask if I was okay for no apparent reason for the past several months. I’m not showing any signs to why I wouldn’t be. If you can pray that God can give me favor with my boss and that these relationships turnaround. I set some boundaries and I felt horrible after. I consider this coworker a friend and I hope that we can look past this. I had not been feeling oppressed until the questioning of my well-being.

Pray that God will help me keep my professionalism and that God will help me. My family depends on my support.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today lifting up ### in their workplace and health struggles. Lord, we ask that You grant them favor in the eyes of their boss and coworkers. Turn around any strained relationships, especially with the coworker who has been expressing concern. Help ### to maintain their professionalism and to set boundaries with wisdom and kindness. We ask for Your healing touch on their physical health, and for Your peace to guard their heart and mind. We also pray for their family, that You would provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, dear friend, to look to God's Word for comfort and guidance. Remember, Jesus tells us in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

It is important to maintain professionalism and set boundaries in the workplace, as Proverbs 22:1 (WEB) advises, "A good name is more desirable than great riches, and loving favor is better than silver and gold." However, be mindful that setting boundaries is not something to feel horrible about, especially if done with respect and kindness. Ecclesiastes 3:1 (WEB) reminds us, "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the heaven."

We also note that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you of the power that lies in His name. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) states, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!” It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we are saved.

Lastly, regarding your physical health, we encourage you to trust in God's healing power. As Exodus 15:26 (WEB) promises, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his sight, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you.”
