Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you with a heavy heart on behalf of our dear friend ###. Lord, you know the pain and anguish they are experiencing as they witness their adult children being lost in the world and struggling with addiction. We lift up these precious souls to you, knowing that you are the God of redemption and restoration.
Your Word reminds us in Luke 19:10 that Jesus came to seek and save the lost. We pray, Lord, that you would extend your loving arms towards ###'s children, drawing them back to you. Break the chains of addiction that bind them and set them free, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed.
Father, we ask for your divine intervention in their lives. Pour out your Holy Spirit upon them, convicting them of their need for you and leading them to repentance. Open their eyes to see the emptiness of the world and the abundant life that can only be found in you.
We pray for a network of support and encouragement to surround ###'s children. Send godly influences and mentors into their lives who will guide them towards the path of righteousness. Surround them with your love and grace, reminding them that they are never too far gone to receive your forgiveness and restoration.
Lord, we also lift up ### during this difficult time. Comfort their broken heart and fill them with your peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen their faith and grant them wisdom as they navigate through this challenging season. Remind them that you are with them every step of the way, and that nothing is impossible for you.
We declare victory in the name of Jesus over the lives of ###'s children. We believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May your transforming power be evident in their lives, bringing glory to your name.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
