We are lifting up Ms. ### to the Lord today, as she celebrates her birthday while dealing with a fever. We stand in agreement for her healing, knowing that God's will is for us to be in good health and prosper in all things (3 John 1:2, WEB).
Let us pray together: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today in Jesus' name, asking for your healing touch upon Ms. ###. We rebuke the fever that has been afflicting her and speak healing and restoration over her body. We ask that you strengthen her and bless her abundantly on her birthday. Give her many more years to celebrate and serve you. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage Ms. ### to trust in the Lord's goodness and faithfulness, even in times of illness. Scripture reminds us that "the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up" (James 5:15, WEB).
We also note that the request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to emphasize that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage ### and Ms. ### to profess their faith in Jesus and acknowledge His power to heal and save.
