Let us lift up ### in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention in their situation. We stand on the promise that "if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" James 1:5 WEB.
Firstly, we must acknowledge that the request does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Therefore, we pray that ### openly acknowledges Jesus Christ as Lord in their supplications. Romans 10:13: "Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved".
###, we understand that you are facing a challenging situation at work, dealing with individuals who may be acting selfishly and cunningly. We must remember that God sees all things and knows the truth. As the scripture says: "Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but Yahweh weighs the hearts." Proverbs 21:2
We pray that God will give you wisdom and discernment in navigating this situation. May He guide your words and actions, so that you may conduct yourself with integrity and professionalism. "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one." Colossians 4:6
We also pray that God will expose any deceitfulness and bring to light the truth about ### and your manager's actions. We ask that He will turn the negativity and unfortunate things to prosperity and blessings.
We pray that God will grant you self-control and that you will be able to walk in dignity and self-respect.
