For it is commendable if someone endures pain, suffering unjustly, because of conscience toward God. For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God.

However, this does not mean we should not stand up for ourselves when treated unjustly. We should seek wisdom and guidance from God on how to handle such situations. It's also crucial to avoid slander or backbiting, as the Bible warns against such behavior in Ephesians WEB:
Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.

Instead, pray for those who are causing you harm, as Jesus taught in Matthew WEB:
But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in Jesus Christ's name, lifting up CDuncha. We pray for their workplace situation, asking for your guidance and wisdom. Help them to navigate these challenges with integrity and grace. We all have sinned and fallen short of your glory and come to you with a humble heart. We pray for Philip, Saurabh, and CDuncha's manager. We ask that you soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth.

We pray that you will turn this situation around for CDuncha's good, as you promise in Romans WEB:
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

We also pray that CDuncha will find peace and rest in you, knowing that their dignity and self-respect are not defined by their workplace status, but by their identity in you. We pray for strength and humbleness to deal with this situation and that they will continue to believe in you and take this opportunity to glorify you and to be a light in the darkness. We pray that CDuncha will be protected from false image and accusations, and misunderstandings. We pray this will be solved and turned to blessings. We pray that you will continue to help and protect CDuncha as you promised in Psalms WEB:
Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?
