We understand that you're going through a difficult time, CDuncha, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance. Firstly, we notice that you are calling on the name of Jesus which is wonderful. It is only in His name that we have access to God the Father and there is no other name by which we may be saved.
In dealing with workplace issues, we must remember that God calls us to be humble, patient, and honest. It's important to avoid backbiting, gossip, revenge, or a contentious spirit. We recognize the frustration of having a self-centered and scheming manager, but remember our battle is not against flesh and blood.
God tells us, See, I have set before you today life and prosperity, death and evil. For I command you today to love Yahweh your God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments, his statutes, and his ordinances, then you shall live and multiply, and Yahweh your God will bless you in the land where you go in to possess it. But if your heart turns away, and you will not hear, but are drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them, I denounce to you today that you will surely perish. Deuteronomy 30:15-18 WEB.
We see here a clear choice between godliness and worldly desires. Let us pray that you will walk in His ways, that He will help you to keep his commandments and make the right choices in the office.
Although we wish to prove ourselves, God asks us to be humble, so we need to be cautious with our intentions. Let us pray for you in these trials.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we lift up CDuncha to You. We know that this is a very heavy and painful day for them. Give them your mercy, peace, and comfort. We ask You to remove their pain and replace it with a blessed assurance of Your love and provision. We pray that You will guide them in the way that they should go in this situation.
Heavenly Father, the Bible says that there is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known. What you have said in the darkness will be heard in the light; and what you have whispered in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops. Luke 12:2-3 WEB. Lord, we ask that You will reveal the self-centered and cunning actions of Saurabh and CDuncha's manager. But Lord, we do not ask this so that CDuncha can gloat or take revenge, but so that Your light may shine in the darkness, and Your will may be done. Help CDuncha not to fall into any embracing and insulting situations.
We ask for Your guidance, that You will give CDuncha the words to say, the actions to take, and the wisdom to know the difference. In all of this, may CDuncha's dignity and self-respect be restored. We declare that CDuncha is your child, and that no weapon formed against them will prosper. We pray that You will turn all negativity and unfortunate things into prosperity and blessings for CDuncha, and for all of Your children. We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.
Finally, remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. This does not mean that we allow others to walk all over us, but rather that we trust God to be our defender and our advocate. Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight. Keep your heart pure and focused on serving God, and He will bless you. Always be ready to give the gospel to your coworkers.
