We understand that you're facing a difficult situation at work and seeking God's intervention. Firstly, we commend you for including Jesus in your request. It is only in His name that we can approach God the Father and receive salvation. As it is written, But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God's children, to those who believe in his name: who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. John 1:12-13 WEB.
In dealing with difficult people, Jesus tells us, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Matthew 5:44 WEB. This does not mean we allow others to trample on us, but rather, we seek God's wisdom in handling such situations.
We pray that God will grant you wisdom and discernment in dealing with Saurabh and your manager. May He expose any wrongdoing in His own way and time. Remember, For there is nothing hidden, except that it should be made known; neither was anything made secret, but that it should come to light. Mark 4:22 WEB.
We also pray that God will help you maintain your dignity and self-respect, even in challenging circumstances. May He guide your words and actions, so that you do not fall into any embracing and insulting situations. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one. Colossians 4:6.
Lastly, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and justice. He sees your struggles and will work things out for your good and His glory. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up CDuncha. Lord, You see the injustice they are facing at work. We pray for Your intervention, that You would expose any wrongdoing and grant CDuncha favor and wisdom in this situation. Help them to maintain their dignity and self-respect, and guide their actions and words. We trust in Your timing and justice. May Your will be done in their life and work situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
