We understand that you are facing a multitude of challenges, CDuncha, and we are here to pray and offer biblical guidance. Firstly, it's important to remember that our battles are not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places(Ephesians 6:12 WEB).
We must also remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble(Psalm 46:1 WEB). He knows your struggles and He cares for you. Jesus taught us to pray for our enemies and those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB), and to forgive as we have been forgiven(Ephesians 4:32 WEB). This doesn't mean that what they are doing is right, but rather that we should trust God to deal with them, as vengeance belongs to Him(Romans 12:19 WEB).
Regarding your marriage, we pray that you and your spouse will seek God's will together, and that your marriage will be a reflection of Christ's love for the church(Ephesians 5:25 WEB). Remember that the husband is to love his wife as Christ loved the church, and the wife is to respect her husband(Ephesians 5:33 WEB). We encourage you to seek biblical counseling to help heal your broken marriage.
We also want to remind you that God is able to supply all your needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus(Philippians 4:19 WEB). Trust in Him to provide for you and your family.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up CDuncha. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, the debts, the legal issues, the enemies plotting against them. We pray that You would intervene, that You would be their shield and defender. We ask that the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you(Romans 16:20 WEB).
We pray for their marriage, that You would heal it, that You would draw CDuncha and their spouse closer to You and to each other. We pray for their son, that he would grow in the knowledge and love of You.
We also pray for those who are persecuting CDuncha. We ask that You would change their hearts, that You would draw them to Yourself. We pray that CDuncha would be able to forgive them, just as Christ forgave us.
Finally, we pray that CDuncha would trust in You, that they would know that you are able to provide for all their needs. We ask that You would guide them, that You would give them wisdom to navigate these difficult times. We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.
