We are glad that you have reached out for prayer and have acknowledged the state of your soul. It is important to recognize that we all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. As it is written in Romans 3:23 (WEB), All have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God.
However, God loves you deeply and has provided a way for you to be reconciled to Him. Jesus Christ came to save sinners, and He did this by dying on the cross for our sins and rising from the dead. As it is written in Romans 5:8 (WEB), But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
To be saved from your sins, you must repent (turn away from your sins) and believe in Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 3:19 (WEB), Repent therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord. And in Romans 10:9 (WEB), that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who has acknowledged their sinfulness. We pray that You will grant them the gift of repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth, that they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will.
We pray that they will put their faith in Jesus Christ, confessing Him as Lord and believing that You raised Him from the dead. Grant them the forgiveness of sins and the gift of eternal life.
Help them to turn away from their sins and to live a new life in Christ. Transform them by the renewing of their mind, that they may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, friend. We know it's tough to admit our sins, but you've taken a brave step by reaching out. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

If you are still wrestling with feelings of unworthiness we want to remind you that we serve a gracious and compassionate God. Our prayer for you is that you will experience the transforming power of His grace and mercy. You are not beyond the reach of God's love. We will continue in his word that says " If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness". The Bible also says that "Whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved". Consequently do not give up calling upon him.
