The Bible tells us, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. However, we must also consider that this discomfort might also signal something more. God has gifted each that believes in Jesus with the Holy Spirit who can guide us:

Your discomfort may well be the conviction of the Holy Spirit that something is wrong here. You should consider more than just getting accustomed to the information you are uncomfortable with. You can pray that you might have wisdom and understanding:

Continue to pray, research the scriptures, and ask the Lord for directions, and then move in the direction that the Lord shows you. Therefore, come back again and bring more information so that we might further help guide you in a godly manner. We are to walk by faith and not by sight.
