Neha, we join you in lifting up your marriage to Gourav before our Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus.
Firstly, we commend you for coming before the Lord in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'").
We understand the strain you're experiencing due to Gourav's family and the distance that has formed between you both. Let us pray:
"Father, we come before You, lifting up Neha and Gourav's marriage. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention. Please strengthen Gourav to stand firm in his commitment to Neha, even in the face of familial opposition. Grant him wisdom and courage to trust Neha and her family once again.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of disunity or avoidance, and we ask You to bring them closer together (Matthew 19:6, 'So then, they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate.'). Help Gourav to forgive, as Christ forgave us (Ephesians 4:32, 'Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ also forgave you.').
Lord, it is your design that a man should leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife (Genesis 2:24). We ask that You convince Gourav's heart to accept Neha fully and to stay with her, honoring the covenant of marriage."
Neha, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for your husband and your marriage. Remember the power of a praying wife (1 Peter 3:1-2, "In like manner, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don’t obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; seeing your pure behavior in fear.").
Lastly, we advise both of you to seek godly counsel, possibly from a pastor or a mature Christian couple, to help navigate this challenging season in your marriage. Trust in God's goodness and His plan for your union.
We stand with you in fervent prayer, Neha. May the Lord bless and keep your marriage. In Jesus' name, amen.
