Kindly help with prayers this week ###. This will help me get financial breakthrough and abundance. I will use the funds for self-growth, support my family and siblings, support the needy as well as support God's work. Lord graciously accept my prayer item.

We understand that you're seeking a financial breakthrough, but we need to address this from a biblical perspective. While it's commendable that you want to use the funds to help others and support God's work, we must remember that God's word tells us, Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. (1 John 2:15-16 WEB)

Gambling or playing the lottery is a form of loving the world, as it's driven by the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. Moreover, we need to remember, Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be content with what you have. For he has said, "I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you." (Hebrews 13:5 WEB)

Instead of seeking a jackpot, seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. (Matthew 6:33 WEB)

Let's pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your forgiveness where we have strayed from your path. Help the requester to trust in your provision and not the uncertain riches of this world. Guide them in their financial struggles, and open up opportunities for them to support their family, the needy, and your work in a way that honors you. Give them the strength to resist the temptation of gambling and to keep their lives free from the love of money.

We also pray that they will come to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior if they have not already. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to salvation and the Father. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
