For your hearing and health, we look to Jesus' words in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." We ask for healing in Jesus' name, trusting that He hears and answers our prayers.
About your concerns on losing beauty, remember that true beauty comes from within. Proverbs 31:30 (WEB) says, "Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised." Focus on cultivating the inner beauty that comes from a relationship with God.
