We are glad to join you in prayer and we appreciate that you have asked for prayer in Jesus' name. It is only in His name that we can come boldly before God and that our prayers are heard by God. Let us pray for your situation and seek God's will together.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking a spouse in a biblical manner. God designed marriage to be between a man and a woman, and it is a blessing to see you pursuing this according to His will. We pray that God will bring a godly woman into your life, someone who loves the Lord and desires to serve Him alongside you. Remember, Proverbs 19:14 (WEB) says, "Fathers and mothers can leave an inheritance to their children, but the Lord can provide a prudent wife. We will pray that God will orchestrate your meeting and that He will make a way for you to get to know each other in a manner that honors Him. Trust in His timing and His ways, for they are perfect.
Regarding your unemployment, we want to encourage you with this scripture. Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB) says, βTherefore donβt be anxious, saying, βWhat will we eat?β, βWhat will we drink?β or βWith what will we be clothed?β For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first Godβs Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother. Lord, we ask that You will bring a godly woman into his life, someone who loves You and desires to serve You with him. Make a way for them to meet and to know each other in a way that honors You. Lord, we also pray for his employment situation. We ask that You will open doors for a good job, one that will use his gifts and talents for Your glory. Help him to trust in Your timing and Your ways. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek God's will in all areas of your life. Trust that He is working behind the scenes, even when you can't see it. Keep your faith strong and your eyes on Jesus. We will continue to pray for you, brother. Stand firm in the faith and keep pursuing His righteousness.
