We are glad to join you in prayer and petition as the Bible reminds us to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving to let our requests be made known to God.
Firstly, we want to commend you for seeking God's will in your life, especially concerning the woman you are to love and marry. The Bible tells us that a man who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from Yahweh. We pray that God will bring you both together in a godly way. and that you will have opportunities to grow and know each other in a manner that honors Him. As you seek a godly spouse, remember that God wants you to be equally yoked with a believer.
We also want to encourage you to trust God concerning your employment. His word assures us that He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Trust that He has a plan and a purpose for you, and He will open the right doors at the right time.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother. Lord, we ask that You will bring him and the woman You have prepared for him together in a godly way. We pray God makes it possible in practical ways to get to know each other when they meet. We pray for miracles to happen in his life. As written in Matthew 19:26, "With God all things are possible".
Father, we also ask that You will help him find a good job. We know that You are a faithful provider, and we trust that You will open the right doors for him. Guide him to the right employment opportunities, and give him the wisdom to make the right decisions. As written in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
We ask all these things in Jesus name.
We also encourage you to continue to trust God and have faith. As written in Hebrews 11:6, "Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him."
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As written in John 14:6-7, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on, you know him, and have seen him.'"
We will continue to pray for you and believe with you for God's favor in your life.
