Fredrik, we are grateful that you have reached out to us for prayer and that you have acknowledged the power that is in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we can approach God the Father and receive His blessings. God cares about every detail of our lives, including our desire for a spouse. Our will for you aligns with God's.
We pray for God's will be done for your request. We need to point ou your request does not need to be vague. God already knows what we need before we ask. Everything submitted to God needs to be in alignment with Gods will.
Let us pray together, "Our Father know Fredrik by name. He knows your current focus on marriage. We also ask that you would bring about this substantiation for Your will and for your glory, to prepare him for marriage. Thus marriage is ordained by God Himself from the beginning.
"Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." Genesis 2:24.
Heavenly Father, You have formed us to be relational, reflecting the image of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Lord Jesus, You have shown the example of returning to the Father, eventually with a multitude as your bride. So, it is natural for Christians to be considering marriage. None of us are meant to be alone as Christ was never alone. Jesus, You will be forsaken, but only for one glorious moment, the only time in eternity that the trinity would be separated. As you hung on the cross, you yelled as a person forsaken, that others may never have to. Times of being forsaken are not meant to continue. We believe it is God's gift to place the lonely in families and guide the sentence of orphans to falling in a household of faith. The Bible says:
Hopefully, Psalm 68:6 "God sets the lonely in families, he leads out the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious dwell in a dry land."
Father, we ask that You bring the woman You have prepared for Fredrik into his life in a clear and unmistakable way. You are able.
We pray together in agreement, the prayer of faith also moves mountains. We also pray that You would prepare Fredrik's heart and mind for this relationship, and that You would give him the wisdom and discernment to navigate it in a way that honors You."
It is never too early to prepare for marriage. Preparing our heart is a lifelong journey of learning and ways of being. Christian character needs to be held as high priority, without contention for our witness is held in our character. More than any other witnessing tool is our behavior. We can say whatever we want with our mouth, but our actions and behavior say it all to those watching. God does care about His child's marriage, He knows all of His children by name and numbers the hairs on your head. He also knows the way that is best for each one of us. There's another passage we like, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths."
Did you know Jesus inherently brings miracles? Therefore, as Christians we experience truly miraculous moments. God is placing his fingerprints all over our lives, just to ensure that we are paying attention. Let's pray that Fredrik is placing his attention towards these subtle whispers of God's movements and intentions.
Let us pray together, "Father, we ask that You would bring miracles into Fredrik's life, that You would show him Your power and goodness in tangible ways. We pray that You would use these miracles to draw him closer to You and to increase his faith. We ask that His courts would be filled with the ongoing testimony of your skill and care, Fredrick's continual testimonies of praise and thanksgiving. We pray that You would guide Fredrik's steps to Your full Courts and that You would meet every godly request on his heart and mind with righteousness and joy.
