Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, in the name of Jesus,
We thank You for Fredrik and his desire to find a godly wife who will help him grow in Christian life. We ask that You guide him to the woman You have chosen for him, a woman who fears You and walks in Your ways. Help them both to trust in You and not lean on their own understanding. Guide them and open doors for them to meet and get to know each other in practical ways as Fredrik prayed.
We pray for miracles to happen in Fredrik’s life, and we ask for Your guidance and provision in everything he does to honor and uplift Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. We pray for your continue blessing on Fredrik as described in Psalm 1.
Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the way of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers; But his delight is in Yahweh's law. The correct perspective as Christians when praying for one another is to seek God’s will and not merely focus on our earthly desires. Fredrik’s focus is to get married and have a lifelong commitment with a godly woman. Let us pray for this according to the divine will. This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him. - 1 John 5:14-15 WEB
