We understand your heartfelt request and we stand with you in prayer and counsel. We, as faithful believers in Jesus, need to first acknowledge and glorify God. First we address the issue of salvation, the most important issue before anything else.
Let us remember Jesus' words, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me". This is why it is important to glorify Jesus in all things. We rejoice that you have mentioned Jesus Christ as this is really the most important issue, that Jesus is your Lord and Savior and your advocate before the Father. We pray that you continually seek Him, grow in Him, and find your peace and joy in Him, not in the things of this world."
Let us pray for your day at work, that God would fill you with His joy and strength. May you be a light to your colleagues. We also pray for God's provision, that He would open doors for a new permanent job as a business analyst. Let us quote James 5:11, "Behold, we call those who are happy, blessed. Endure! Be steadfast! Be encouraged! The coming of the Lord is at hand." We also need to be steadfast and encouraged in the Lord, not by the prevailing circumstances. God is in control! Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in God with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding. Know Him in all your ways and He will make your paths straight." Trust in the Lord as He has your best interests at heart.
Concerning justice at your workplace, we pray that God would intervene. Remember Romans 12:19, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" God is a God of justice, and He will repay. We pray for His justice and your compensation. We also understand the frustration of being threatened and also need to understand the scriptures that apply to this situation. Pray that God would give you the grace to endure and be strong in the Lord. Also, do not fear your employer, for God is with you. Remember 1 Peter 3:14, "But even if you should suffer for righteousness' sake, you are blessed. Don't fear what they fear, neither be troubled."
Regarding the interactions leading to marriage, we pray that God would bless these interactions and give you wisdom in this arena. We need to be clear that God's will for marriage is between a man and a woman as outlined in scripture. Remember Genesis 2:24, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." We pray for a Godly spouse for you, a spouse that would honor and respect you, and together you both can serve the Lord. We also encourage you to maintain purity in your courtship. Remember Ephesians 5:3, "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints."
As for the elections, we pray that God's will be done. We are commanded to pray for our leaders and those in authority, as seen in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places."
Lastly, regarding reporting you stated, "I do not want to report but I have to report", I do not know what you mean, but if you mean being a whistleblower, being one might be the right thing to do. But it is also important to remember Ephesians 6:5-8, "Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ; not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as men pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men; knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive the same good again from the Lord, whether he is bound or free." There are also civil laws to consider, so pray for wisdom. We can be assured that doing the will of God is the most important thing.
Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your grace, mercy, and provision. Guide them in their walk with You, and may Your will be done in their life. May they be a light to those around them.
We know that "All things work together for good to those that love God and are called according to His purpose" as stated in Romans 8:28. We have to endure and put our trust in Jesus. Keep the faith!
