Pray for me to get rid of my tension (work pressure)

We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed by work pressure and the demands of your PhD program, and that it is affecting your health. Firstly, we commend you for your pursuit of higher education and we are here to support you in prayer and with biblical encouragement.
In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
This is a reminder that God does not want us to carry our burdens alone. He wants us to cast our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). It is important to remember that God's Word tells us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, to present our requests to God (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
However, we noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace, and we can ask for help in our time of need.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear servant of Yours who is feeling overwhelmed by work pressure and academic demands. We ask, Lord, that You will help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them.
God, we ask for Your supernatural peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray for wisdom and strength to complete their PhD program successfully and on time. We also pray for healing from their health issues and for Your sustaining grace throughout this period.
In the name of Jesus Christ, who died and rose again to save us from our sins and reconcile us to you. All that you do in the life of the one we are praying for is because of the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
