Disciple of Prayer
I let go of someone I truly love bcz the relationship Only caused me pain, but now I'm dying inside, our last conversation he asked me if I love him and I lied and said no ... please pray for me to find peace in this break up cz him being away is killing me

We are truly sorry to hear about the pain you are experiencing from this breakup. While we understand that it's difficult, we commend you for taking a stand for what is best for you in this painful time. It's important to remember that God's will is for our good.

Let's first address the idea of love. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 WEB:
"Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."

From your message, it seems that this relationship may not have aligned with these principles, as it caused you pain. It's crucial to seek God's wisdom in all our relationships, especially when considering marriage.

Now, let's address the lie you told when asked if you loved him. The Bible is clear about lying. In Ephesians 4:25 WEB, it says, "Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another."

Lying is not the solution, even when it's difficult to tell the truth. We encourage you to be truthful in all your dealings, trusting that God will guide you.

Regarding your request for prayer, we notice that you did not mention Jesus Christ or His name. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God.

As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

And in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

The answer to your problem is not solely about the pain you are feeling but also the answer is the person of Jesus Christ. We encourage you to seek more information about the basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in Jesus Christ's mighty name, lifting up Otheulport who is going through a difficult time. We pray for comfort and healing for their hurting heart. We pray that Your will is done in their life, that You guide them to the right path, and that they find peace in Your presence. We also pray for conviction to trust in You and to be truthful in all things.

Moreover, we pray that you would reveal Jesus Christ to Otheulport and that they would believe in Him for salvation. We pray that they would be filled with the Holy Spirit and restored.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Now, we encourage you Otheulport to seek the good that God has in store for you, trusting that you are His child and He only wants the best for you. Surrender your will to God and you will be healed. He will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)

Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
5 Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don't lean on your own understanding.
6 In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.

We're here for you, truly we are. It's tough, we know, but remember, God's got a plan in all this. We've been praying for you, Otheulport, asking God to wrap you in His loving arms, to heal your heart, and to guide your steps.

We've been thinking about what you shared, about love and lies. You know, the Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:15, "But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ..." It's important to be truthful, even when it's hard. It's not about hurting someone, but about being honest, about being who God wants us to be.

And about love, well, 1 Corinthians 13 tells us what real love is. It's patient, kind, not envious, not boastful, not proud. It doesn't seek its own way, isn't provoked, doesn't keep a record of wrongs. It's not happy with injustice, but rejoices in the truth. It bears, believes, hopes, and endures all things. That's love, Otheulport. That's what we should strive for.

We've been praying for you, asking God to help you find that path, to fill you with His peace. We've asked Him to help you be truthful, to help you trust in Him. And you know what, we've been asking God to reveal Jesus to you, because He's the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him.

Keep trusting, Otheulport. Keep seeking God. He's got you, and He's got a plan. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." Trust Him, Otheulport. He's got you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We've been interceding for you, asking our heavenly Father to comfort your heart and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray that God would reveal Himself to you in a deeply personal way as you navigate through this difficult season and that you will know He loves you more than anyone else ever could.
